Our General Meetings each month are at 6:00pm on the second Monday each month.
At our next General Meeting on April 10th the Commander will open the floor for nominations for each of the elective offices. Then you can be recognized to nominate any member in good standing for any one or more of those offices.
At the following General Meeting on May 8th the floor will, again, be opened for nominations. After closing the floor for nominations, the election will be held.
Upon presenting a 2023 valid membership card, those wishing to vote will be handed a ballot with only the names of the nominees for each office.
The marked ballots will be held secret, however, they will be counted publicly.
After having been elected, the Commander Elect may fill the three appointive offices.
The officers elected and those appointed are to be installed at the General Meeting on June 12th.
We welcome attendance to these meetings by all members, whether you intend to vote or not.
Sincerely;
Jerry Hyder; your friendly
Post 112 Adjutant
